This blend comes in 3 strengths, Strength 1 also found in selected Supervalu stores is a tastier, milder blend, with a strong emphasis on flavour, and probiotic, content.<br>Strength 2, is the one I sell at the markets, with more Lion&#39;s mane, turkey tail, reishi mushroom and chaga to improve your immunity on a deeper level, and support your brain health, still holding the cacao flavours.<br>Strength 3, is all mushrooms, concrete for fighting growths, perfect for using with other treatments. <br>for Strength 1 you will need a heaped teaspoon per mug, for Strength 2, you need a flat teaspoon per mug.
